How do I track my order?
- The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn't receive it or cannot find it, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will send you your tracking number directly.
-Once you have your tracking number, go to the "Track Your Order" page on our website and simply follow the instructions 😀
Can I change or cancel my order?
- Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted. Please make sure all your information is consistent. If you happen to find a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.
What's your refund policy?
- Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
-To be eligible for returns or refunds, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
-For returns, please request our return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Due to our free shipping, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How long does shipping take?
-Due to extreme volume of orders and the current COVID situation, shipping may take up to 9-12 business days. Please be patient, we promise we're working as fast as we can!
-All orders will typically be dispatched within 3 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit.
-HonestFyre is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and the HonestFyre team will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. HonestFyre is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
